For the Pi Noon battles, we need to add a mount point at the front, ahead of everything else. It must keep the attachment vertical and 1cm above the ground.
We’ve decided to do this by adding a “nose” with a stabiliser wheel to prevent rocking.
First version of the attachment is now ready for the Pi Noon battle test runs!
One advantage of Dangly Too’s large format is that it gives him some protection for side and rear attacks!
Couple of issues that may need addressing:
His face is a bit vulnerable from the opponent’s spike. We may need to reposition it, or potentially give him eye protection sunglasses!
The balloons will be very close to the wheels. Will we need guards to prevent him puncturing his own targets?
